Founder

I strive to be a leader, advocate, and curator. As you get to know me, you’ll learn that I’m a huge dreamer, planner, and world-enthusiast. My philosophy is about finding ways to love the good, the bad, and the ugly even when it feels impossible. I love connection, self-expression, and studying life through other beings. Other interests include intense fitness, reading, having intimate conversations, and anything design related. One thing I hope you take away from The Medley is how to fall in love with your unique version of life. Together we’ll turn negatives into positives, create our own life standards, and learn what it means to be the captain of our own ship.

Nessa

Co-Founder

I am a daughter, sister, wife, dog mom, University of Arizona alumni (go wildcats!), baker, creator, advocate and so much more. My current location is somewhere under the Texas skies, and my final destination is to be determined. Outside of my 9 to 5 I enjoy travel, food, experiences, making new friends, and anything that makes me smile. My interests range from music, gardening, reading, DIY projects, and art in all forms. My goal is to inspire, educate, motivate, to listen, to learn, to question, and to enjoy every minute of the journey of life. Leslie Knope said it best “No one achieves anything alone”, so I hope you’ll join me!

I'm a realist by nature, and am passionate about helping others see that they can create their own version of success, no matter their circumstances. I'm also a foodie, always on the lookout for new and delicious experiences. For me, travel is the ultimate therapy and I love exploring new places, both near and far. I believe that life is an adventure and we should seize every opportunity to explore and learn. I’m so glad that you’re here and hope that you’ll join us on this journey to a better, more fulfilled life!
